We’ll chat about your goals and history.
02 — Assess
We’ll take a look at your current baselines to create a clear starting point with movement and symptom assessments.
03 — Treat
Treatment happens during the same visit. Depending on what you need, your session may include both hands-on treatment and movement.
04 — Plan
We'll discuss what to do afterward and what follow-up care makes sense.
Before Your Appointment
Come in comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Eat and hydrate beforehand, and plan a little breathing room after your session if possible.

FAQs
Do I have to be an athlete to work with you?
1
Nope. Sports acupuncture simply means it’s a style of acupuncture that treats musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Think trigger point therapy! I work with people of all activity levels and movement styles who want to live in a body that moves well and feels good.
Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA?
2
I’m an out-of-network provider and don’t accept insurance.
You can use HSA/FSA during online booking.
Can I exercise after my appointment?
3
Yes, but consider that everybody reacts differently to treatment. For your first visit, I recommend not planning a workout afterward so you can learn how your body responds.
How many sessions do I need?
Follow-up recommendations are based on your case, and you can decide what level of follow-up makes sense for you.
