It’s not your age that makes you fragile. It’s the accumulated tissue structure decline due to sustained neglect. But here’s the thing. A lot of it is very reversible. We can make some magic happen with simple, straight forward preventative habits.

Prehab doesn’t have to take an hour everyday! A little goes a long way. Be targeted and efficient so you can live your life without worrying about the next tweak, spasm or flare up.

What will I need to get started?

You’ll need a strong internet connection, a device that connects to the internet and purchase access to the membership space.
Do I need equipment?

While we do use equipment in the app, there are options to practice without. We’ll typically use yoga blocks, a lacrosse ball and ankle weights.
Will there be more content added?

Yes! I’ll continue to add based on topics of interest so keep an eye out for announcements via instagram and email.
We’re starting off with many foundational routines to help you cover the basics - which can feel like a lot to learn! Many of these can be done at home and with minimal equipment.

No. These are consultations for completely remote work. If you are interested in becoming my client in-person, you can book an initial session here

Calls run up to 60 minutes and are $200-250 per booking.

At the moment, I only offer one-off consultations that are to be booked as needed.
I have a more involved coaching offer in the works!

Each call type includes:
- an assessment of your case(s)
- actionable next steps that you can implement for up to 3 weeks to 3 months (depending on the context)
- a follow up email of all the recommendations we discussed during the call.

Have a strong internet connection. Bring all your questions. Dress so you can move comfortably and so I would be able to assess your range.
Your email confirmation contains links to complete your intake forms, access the payment portal and to join the video call so be sure not to lose it!

While I don’t provide a video recording of our calls, I will send you a post-session email detailing everything we discussed during our call including actionable next steps, additional resources, timeline of expectations, and an appropriate follow up call recommendations.
