Facial Acupuncture
Microneedling
Facial Acupuncture & Cupping Benefits
Facial acupuncture uses ultra-fine needles to gently stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, and release tension in facial muscles. The result? A refreshed, lifted, and naturally radiant complexion.
Ideal for those seeking a holistic approach to facial rejuvenation - especially with puffiness, stress wrinkles and muscle tension
-
Promote collagen production and restore your skin’s firmness
Boost circulation to hydrate for a natural glow
-
Our facial muscles are unique in that they attach directly into your skin so we are able to make expressions. When there is excessive tension in the muscles underneath, the skin can easily develop folds and wrinkles.
These muscles can also contribute to TMJ and migraine symptoms so we can help you look good and feel better!
-
Using lymphatic massage and cupping, we’ll improve the circulation around the face, neck and shoulders for a more balanced and refreshed appearance
-
Acupuncture and cupping are fantastic for reducing the appearance and sensitivity of scars that we can’t work on with microneedling
redness, itchiness, odd twinges, firmness, raisedness, pliability, etc.
-
Body acupuncture for holistic balancing
Facial acupuncture to directly address your skin concerns
Facial Cupping with Hyaluronic serum
Lymphatic drainage sequence of the neck and shoulders to support the facial treatment

How to Prepare for an Appointment
Read the qualifiers for these services
Please book only if you qualify for these services.
Come in with a clean face
You can also bring your preferred form of make up remover to clean your face in the restroom before our sessions.
Eat and be well hydrated
The procedures can be relaxing but they are still stressors on the body. Be sure to fuel yourself before our sessions.
Avoid caffeine if you are needle sensitive
Caffeine can increase your needle sensitivity and discomfort during our sessions.
Expect to be reddish afterwards
You may be leaving looking and feeling a bit sunburnt. Don’t plan sessions directly before any important events your want to look presentable in. You wont be able to cover up with make up for 5-7 days post-session.
Avoid retinol, acids, and exfoliation 48 hours before your session
We don’t want to over-work your skin!
Post Session Care
Expect mild redness for 24-48 hrs and tenderness for up to 5-7 days.
Change your pillowcases and sheets
Your skin barrier is compromised so you’ll want to keep it as clean as possible in the first few days of receiving rejuvenation services.
Be mindful at the gym - no pool or sauna
Be mindful of touching your face as you’re touching gym equipment especially in the few days directly after our sessions if your skin is still tender or reddish. Avoid the sauna and pool for the first week.
Keep your skin hydrated
If you’ve received microneedling, you went home with a serum. Use a drop on each cheek after you've showered and rub it into the most worked spots. You may use your own products as long as they are gentle and hydrating.
Do not wear full make up over the next week until your skin has healed
Do not cover your skin with make up before it has fully healed. You may introduce bacteria to a compromised skin barrier.
Do not apply additional stressors onto your skin
It can be tempting but more is not better! Please avoid over working the skin and do not do cupping, guasha or other procedures until the skin is no longer tender or reddish. This typically is only the first week.
Red light therapy is fine!
Red light therapy can support the healing process. Be careful of excessive light therapy that involves heat - especially if your goal is to improve pigmentation.
